1. Christmas Party
– Discuss plans, activities, and dates.

2. Fundraisers
– What we want to do, when, and how we will run them.

3. Volunteer Hours
– Opportunities coming up & how members can earn hours.

4. Outings
– Possible group outings and ideas.

5. BSU Trip
– Discuss where we want to go and possible options.

6. New Officers
– Announce all elected officers.
– Introduce each officer.
– Review the job duties for every position.

7. Officer Probation Period
– Officers begin on a probationary period.
– Must complete duties and attend meetings (unless excused).
– If not met, the position will reopen for another member.

8. Officer Headshots
– Officers will take headshots today.
– Photos will be posted on the BSU website next to each officer’s title.

9. Participation Forms
– Confirm all consent and participation forms are signed.

10. Dues
– Review membership dues and deadlines.

11. Sophomore Representative Position
– Discuss filling the Sophomore Representative spot.
– Review eligibility and responsibilities.
